Mr. Munirathnam is an aeronautical engineer with a post graduate diploma in Management. He has over 30 plus years of experience in engineering space right from project management to operational management and establishment of strong organizations. 

He has over 30 plus years of experience in Engineering, Management and Skill Development activities. He has worked in USA, Holland, Germany and India in various hi- tech projects and in management positions. His expertise includes strong project management, up skilling for right projects, heading innovative projects. He has worked on leading Aerospace and Automotive projects both in India and Abroad by building strong teams.

As part of his social entrepreneurship, he is involved with various engineering and social organisations like SAEINDIA, ISIE, Rotary etc for professional skill development activities.
